Signature Apartments

Very happy with this property and would highly recommend.

Pros: Perfect location, I was in town for work and apartment was 5 minute walk from site. Julius is an excellent host. Flat was warm and comfortable and WiFi was good. Would highly recommend for both business or pleasure. 2 minute walk to the Saltoun Hotel for good food and beer.

Cons: All good.

Second time at these apartments, would recommend them

Pros: Lovely little apartment, good location in the centre of town. Very clean, good facilities.

Cons: The mattress was poor quality, when we both got in the bed we rolled into the middle.... whether this was because the mattress was old or just very cheap I dont know but it was not very comfortable. Also the toilet bowl was loose, when you sat on it if you moved from one hip to the other you actually felt it lift up from the floor!!

Modern apartment, great location

Pros: Very modern and great layout in the apartment. All mod cons available. Centrally located and parking right outside.

Cons: The cleaner turned up very early on morning of checkout, and we were made to feel rushed out, even though we still had 30 minutes to checkout time

Best accommodation in the Broch

Pros: Everything. The rooms were spacious, clean, the location is ideal for the town centre... only a 10min walk to the beach..

Cons: There was nothing wrong

Wonderful short stay

Pros: Well equipped with everything you need in a serviced apartment. Tastefully decorated throughout, clean and great location too. Good communication with Julius.

Pros: Access instructions were good and received a couple of days in advance, as promised. For a town centre location the surroundings and neighbours were quiet. A good sized apartment. Internally very clean. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: The outside of the windows could do with more regular cleaning. If four people are staying in the apartment there is limited sofa seating.

Excellent apartment and highly recommended.

Pros: Well equipped and very clean. Good shower too. The apartment had everything I needed and was decently furnished. Great location in the centre of town. Would recommend and will happily stay there again when next in Fraserburgh.

Cons: The WiFi could be better and hopefully this will be something the owner will address at some point soon. The apartment was on the second floor and there’s no lift. That didn’t bother me but wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues. The seagulls are (inevitably) noisy but I brought a fan with me and that successfully drowned the sound of them out. Obviously the owner can’t do anything about the seagulls! I mention it only so other guests are aware.

Would definitely be back!

Pros: Lovely and spacious with everything you would need including an air fryer.

Cons: The fridge wasn’t turned on when we got there and we had to message about how to work it. We got a quick response and it did cool down quickly just a small inconvenience as we had things that needed to go in the fridge when we got there.

Delightful spacious apartment in town centre

Pros: Spacious apartment, very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. Excellent value for money and central location means it is an easy walk to restaurants and harbour and the very interesting Lighthouse Museum. Note that as it is on a main road there is only restricted parking in front the apartment, free long term parking is available 3 min walk away.

A little disappointed.....

Pros: The apartment was very tastefully decorated, the shower was really nice too.

Cons: I bumped my head while climbing the stairs, there is not a warning sign for going up the stairs only for going down. There was no coat hangers or anywhere to hang up clothes, I was up for a birthday party therefore my clothes didn't look very good. Parking was not free, I had to pay for parking up until 6pm and my car got covered in bird poo over the two nights, the seagulls also enjoyed access to the roof at 4 30am meaning you couldn't have a decent sleep. The Internet was also very poor in the upper accommodation, I am an online gamer and had some work to do from the property, it didn't meet expectations.
