My stay was relaxing, scenic ad

Pros: Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, excellent location. Good location for exploring Loch Ness and surrounding areas.

Cons: A basic welcome pack would have been much appreciated - tea/coffee sachets, long life milk etc would have made it perfection!

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Nice decor and kitchen facilities good. Kids liked playing with games provided. Heating worked well and beds comfortable. Location ideal for exploring Loch Ness area.

Cons: Could have done with sponge/cloth for kitchen as washing up liquid was provided. Bathroom needs bit of maintenance (toilet seat not secure and shower door loose).

Pros: Great location just 5 mins walk to Loch Ness viewpoint and 2 mins to shops and pubs. The apartment we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen and was clean and well kept. Easy parking at the front or at the back of the apartment.

Cons: The listings need to be updated and reflect what each appartment offers as at the moment it's not clear. We were 4 adults and were allocated an apartment with a room with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. When we called to check if it was a mistake, we were told it had happened to others before but the only thing they could suggest is to use the sofa bed instead or the bunk bed. It would have been good to have some salt/pepper/oil offered as basics in the kitchen.

Great location very clean and spacious

Pros: Great location, although it’s at the far side to Inverness on the Loch. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable beds.

Pros: Good location, very large, well equipped apartment with large fridge freezer, microwave, airfryer and all kitchen utensils that you can think of. Very comfortable beds. Check in was easy, we phoned ahead and they gave us the access code for the key box.

Cons: For the price I expected everything to be absolutely perfect, but there were a couple of small niggly bits. For example, there was no shower rail to attach the shower hose to. I found the rail in a cleaning cupboard, which in the end was quite easy to attach to the wall fitting. Also, we were a party of 8 with two apartments and the 2nd apartment was much smaller than described.

A lovely first experience of Loch Ness and Fort Augustus

Pros: The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was in a central location with off road parking.

Cons: There was no Wi-Fi in the property but connection could be made a short distance away.

Pros: The apartment was spacious with beautiful views. The quaint little village was stunning. The check in process was seamless and the staff communicated effectively. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend 👌

Cons: The fact that I should have stayed longer 🙂

Property exceeded expectations, we will be back

Pros: The property was very well appointed, comfy beds and chairs, rooms were a good size and clean. only a few minutes walk from places to eat, plenty walks for the dog on the doorstep.

Cons: Toilet seat was broken, shower was too hot and we couldn't get it adjusted but these are points for the owner to sort rather than complaints.

huge space, close to all amenities and fairly disable friendly for a walker. (2 steps)

Pros: google took us to the lodge house instead of the apartments. It was a little difficult to get hold of someone to talk to.

Cons: A few well-placed grab rails and/or small (removable)ramp would have made this place fully wheelchair accessible. it was fantastic! the space was huge.

PERFECT AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE

Pros: Location, Beautiful large apartment large bedrooms comfortable beds, Large Bathroom . Beautiful Living Room and Kitchen and Dining area. The washing machine is a bonus. Only metres away from Fort Augustus Village and restaurants. Great place to relax for a couple' of days. Great and helpful staff. Easy to check in. Great views from Apartment windows

Cons: That my messages were not returned If I recall I sent at least three. Also had an issue with the Wi-fi password. It's not hard to put a sticker on the back of the modem with the wi-fi password.
