The Caledonian 3 Bedroom Self Catering Apartment in historic Abbey

Perfect.

Pros: Stunning location on the edge of Loch Ness. Excellent staff. Great pool and spa on site. Great Restaurant on site overlooking the Loch.

Cons: Nothing.

Historic converted Abbey accommodation on the banks of Loch Ness

Pros: Beautiful apartment on the banks of Loch Ness. fully equipped kitchen, my son loves to cook so that was good. Comfortable settees, gorgeous high ceilings, beautiful arched windows. Bedrooms were comfortable. Charles the gentleman who gave me the keys was very informative about the Abbey and gave us a short tour. My sons were very happy with the snooker table in the Refectory, absolutely stunning stained glass windows in there. lots of seating and other games to play. great base to start drive around Loch Ness as situated right on the edge of the southern tip of Loch Ness. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: It was a little pricy, but I suppose you get what you pay for. No other issues really. we loved it.

Pros: I have visited before and chose to stay again. Everyone in the group was trying to take in the building and the location which was great to see. The quick tour of the facilities upon arrival is a must by the staff as it gives you a sense of the buildings age and facilities. Our Apartment was very comfortable. We had six people and it was a great size for that amount. (2x Double Rooms, 1x Twin Room). The Master Bedroom showed the original architectural details of the building which were wonderful to see. Easy 2minute walk to Fort Augusts centre.

Cons: Nothing. Although having the Swimming Pool open later would be a plus, I can understand that this is not a hotel and therefore the staffing hours are very different, hence the opening times.

Great place to stay in the Highlands

Pros: Building, location and the whole atmosphere were simply stunning, it does not get any better than this. The apartment was huge, clean and very well equipped. The common room and pool area were also great after a long day of hiking and sightseeing in the Highlands.

Cons: Nothing, everything was as expected and better.

Pros: Couldn't have a better location. Such a great place to stay, with facilities inside the Abbey and in the town being great. We'll definitely be back! 😃

Great place - would like to return.

Pros: We were two families and we loved the fact that we could have our own separate spaces. The living area was a pleasant space - it was warm and suited our needs. The communal lounge and games room were superb but unfortunately we did not get the time to fully enjoy these facilities.

Cons: The twin bedroom was a little dark but as it was only for sleeping in this was not a problem. Would have liked to be able to use the pool area in the evenings or early morning - only being available during the day did not work for us as this was when we were out exploring!

Pros: El apartamento está dentro de una antigua abadía. Las instalaciones son muy completas y el entorno al lado del Lago Ness inmejorable. El apartamento muy completo incluso con elementos de ocio como raquetas de badminton.

Cons: Por poner una pega, que no hubiera ascensor, pero parece que no se permite en un edificio histórico. Si volviera a visitar las Highlands repetiría alojamiento.

Volveríamos sin dudarlo!!😊

Pros: El emplazamiento del hotel era espectacular. Nos recibieron amablemente y nos enseñaron todas las instalaciones disponibles. Las vistas desde nuestro apartamento eran fabulosas y el apartamento en sí muy confortable y con todo lo necesario.

Cons: El único inconveniente subir tres pisos con las maletas, pero sé compensaba con las vistas.
