Pros: Perfect location for short break and attend football

Great place as a base for touring area

Pros: Lovely cottage that was within easy (5 minute walk) of the town centre. It was very quiet whilst we were there but it maybe a little noisier when there is a football match on as the club is on the same road but don’t let that put you off. A great location for touring the area. The garden was a nice place to sit in and enjoy the afternoon sun.

perfect place for a trip to the Highlands

Pros: very nice, clean and comfortable location; the owner Elise was very helpful; even some essentials like bread, eggs, milk, croissants were provided. It all made me feel very welcome.

Cons: nothing at all!

Pros: Proximity of train station. Town is close (5 min by foot). Big room with high ceiling, a little hard to heat but very pleasant.

Cons: The toaster was so rusty that we didn't dare use it. The shower is small (we are tall \u003e1.85m which doesn't help). Lack of clothes drying rack!

Comfortable \u0026 in great location.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable \u0026 attractive decoration. The owners had added several mirrors and wall lights to boost the natural light. The location was excellent: near shops restaurants, pubs, the station, bus stops and (if you are interested) the football ground, home of Ross county.

Cons: There wasn't any view. This was partly because of being ground floor, but mostly on account of frosted glass / privacy film on the windows. On the other hand, this did ensure complete privacy.

Charming property ideal for exploring surrounding highlands

Pros: We found it a nice historical building with character; excellent master bedroom with a large comfortable bed; the host was very nice and readily responded to our questions. The location is great for highland day trips. There was also some bread/croissants/milk etc. on arrival as a courtesy.

Great location and a well equipped property with great character

Pros: The location. Being on the edge of the town it was handy to walk to all amenities. The property was well equipped for cooking the local produce we found on our travels. On that subject, the location meant that it was easy travel to all the places on our itinerary- Skye, Ullapool, Dornoch and the black isle. The property has heaps of character.

Beautiful place in North Highlands

Pros: Very beautiful little house, really big master bedroom and close to village centre. The place was very clean and nicely decorated.

A really nice place, really well appointed, great location and we had a really wonderful week

Pros: Great to have the breakfast items, a really nice touch having some supplies left for us. Ideal location for touring the highlands from and close enough to walk into town for supplies Really nice little park at the end of Ferry road, just a short walk from the property

Cons: Nothing, all was excellent

Found this gem of a place and will definitely try to get it again for our next break away
