Culbokie Inn on the NC500

Great All round Accommodation with Food and Drinks in the Pub below..

Pros: A fantastic flat above the Culbokie Inn Pub. Perfect location for our needs in the area for the 3 days we were there and the food in the Pub's Restaurant was fantastic with a great choice on the menu. We got a great deal in November and the Flat is spacious with everything you could ask for included. The heating was on in the flat when we got in and it's well laid out. The pub also has a great pint of Guinness and has a real community spirit about it.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The property was clean and the facilities were great. Kitchen fantastic, staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Cons: One of the beds was a little tired and creaky.

Pros: Everything, great location, great staff, great food . Great flat , very clean all new.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Pros: Good location for exploring black Isle and Inverness A car is essential, although there is a grocery store a minute walk from apartment and the Inn serves evening meals Host kindly provided milk tea coffee and shortbread

Cons: Nothing really An over the door full length mirror would perhaps be worth considering as an addition and sockets with USB ports would also be handy

Pros: Lovely clean apartment with comfy beds, a kitchen area, a living room and within close distance to Dingwall and Cromarty.

Relaxing very comfortable stay.

Pros: Location was excellent, self catering so provided our own breakfast. Meals in general in the Inn which was just downstairs from flat were good, sirloin steak was excellent.

Cons: Accommodation was excellent, would have liked a mirror apart from the small one above basin in bathroom.

Excellent value for money. Lovely views. Strongly recommended. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Pros: Squeaky clean premises. Large living/dining/kitchen room, with a large TV. Clean, fresh linen. Although we could not take advantage of it, the Inn being right below the rooms would have meant we could have had food and drinks at our convenience. The place is within a short walking distance of SPAR, a reasonably well stocked grocery store for essentials. Fresh milk in the fridge!

Cons: Well, there was just one pan and one pot in the kitchen. I sincerely feel a few more of these would be very useful for future guests. There are excellent electric radiators everywhere, but the choice of timer settings should be preferably left to the guests. A mixer tap for the hot and cold water in the bathroom would be extremely useful. The bathroom door bolt (from inside) needs attention. We went with close friends, but not close enough for people to walk in freely when one is using the bathroom! In today's times, segregation of trash is a must. We felt bad dumping all our trash in the same bin.

Pros: The location was great, and the scenery was beautiful. The let flat had everything we needed apart from a couple of things like no sponges to wash dishes and no hand soap to wash our hands and use of tin foil to cook on the trays I had to buy some items mentioned above out of the spar shop located a few mins walk from the Inn.

Cons: Bit ov a stale smell when walk threw front door to get up stairs. Also, no extra single bed like pull out for a single person to sleep as only two double beds and no table and chairs to eat food on.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Große Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Die Couch war sehr groß und bequem. Im Pub unten drunter gab es super leckeres essen.

Cons: Es gab keinen Esstisch, wo man zusammen essen kann. Der Couchtisch sehr niedrig zum Essen.
