Lovely apartment

Pros: Lovely modern apartment, handy for walking to banchory, golfing, mountain biking. Clean and well equipped. Communication with the owners was good, lots of information, and so accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Will definitely recommend to friends or stay there again in the future. Highly recommend 👌

Cons: Nothing everything was good.

Clean and cosy, with very comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Spacious bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Parking

Excellent location, excellent property, excellent communication with host.

Pros: Location was excellent. Property very clean and warm. Communication with host was excellent and felt if we had any issues we could contact them for help, although we did not have any issues but communication was simple when necessary.

Cons: Could not fault this property and would gladly stay again

Great place to stay

Pros: Well equipped with the benefit of useful stuff like kitchen towel, Al. foil and cling film

Pros: The bed was extremely comfy. Lovely quiet, relaxing location. Good location.

Cons: Not enough sockets, particularly besides the bed. Would be improved by including a smart TV.

Pros: As a keen fly tying angler loved going through the collection of books at the property and close locations for fishing even though I was there for work

Cons: Nothing place was perfect👌

Pros: well appointed and comfortable apartment with all the kit needed for a self catering week.

Pros: Excellent location,very quiet area and only short 5 mins drive to the town of Banchory. Easy parking. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean with good quality soft furnishings. Plenty to do in the area e.g walks, visit Historic sites, garden centre (Raemoir), cafes and restaurants were plentiful.

Cons: Not the best sound proofing from apartment above, could hear the guests moving around, this did not disturb our sleep however.

Warm, well equipped and comfortable throughout.

Pros: Location excellent to cover the golf courses we needed to travel to.

Cons: The frying pan was of poor quality and lost its coating. I think yellow and green scourers would be better than wire wool to use to clean things.

A great apartment in a peaceful spot

Pros: The apartment was perfect for a few days as a family of 4. It was really welcoming, comfortable, cosy and was spotless. It was exactly as described and the hosts were really helpful. Lots of extras to make life easier eg washing up liquid, hand soaps, tea bags, tin foil etc. There was a basket of DVDs and a drawer full of books. Good storage in the kitchen and bedrooms. Great to have 2 showers. Easy parking right outside, handy for Banchory and the wider area. It was nice to have the cafe with its amazing patisserie at the golf centre so close by. Thank you - We’ll hopefully be back again sometime!
