The Garden Cottage with Hot Tub

Pros: A very comfortable and cosy cottage with lots of natural light. Beautiful garden and hot tub an added bonus especially over winter. Everything we needed for a lovely week away. Fantastic welcome pack and felt like nothing was too much for the owners.

Pros: Property was very clean and really well equipped, the hosts were very accommodating, to the point of turning on the lights and turning up the heating after our long drive through the snowy conditions. Location was excellent in the heart of Portsoy with shops/takeaways close by for everything you could need.

This was a relaxing break for us all as a family, to rest and reset in a beautiful part of Scotland.

Pros: Clean modern facilities. Welcome pack amazing. Our Dog Daisy was catered for well and our young adult boys comment was ‘ they loved the cottage and would come back again in the warmer months’.

Cons: Nothing really. Due to the weather we couldn’t use the Hot Tub.

Beautiful house and garden, loved the few days we had there and looking forward to booking again!

Pros: The location was great and myself and partner were blown away by the space and all the little details put into making this a very welcome stay. Everything was clean with plenty of towels, toiletries, cleaning products, fridge had some welcome gifts a long with a decanter of whisky…. I could go on as there are many positives. If you are going to Portsoy this is the place to stay… we will be coming back and thank you both from us!!!!!!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of the North East…

Pros: What a wee gem of a place, very relaxing and comfortable, Sharon and Wullie go the extra mile with catering for their guests with a cracking welcome pack, very thoughtful and considerate to the guests. Great communication throughout and options to stay longer on checkout day, as well as being offered to arrive early as they had the cottage ready before the allotted time. Great experience overall.

Pros: A wonderful cottage set within a beautiful, well-established walled garden. Each stroll through the garden revealed something new—pears, apples, plums, berries, and the resident frog was an unexpected delight!💚 The cottage exceeded all our expectations; the hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need. We had a fantastic stay visiting the fantastic beaches nearby and made the most of the garden during the heatwave. We'd love to return soon! Thank you so much Sharon and Willie.

Cons: Traffic noise at the front of the cottage, can't be helped unfortunately, in close proximity to the main road.

Beautiful cottage with a large walled private ‘oasis’ garden.

Pros: The cottage was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had many extras included that you would not normally get in a holiday home. It was extremely clean with everything and more that you would possibly need for a stay. The large garden was very private with various seating areas and lovely mature fruit trees and plants . The host was very quick at getting back to me with any query and was very pleasant and friendly.
