Pros: Exactly as described, very spacious, lots of seating areas, decent sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen. Perfect house for a large gathering of family or friends.

Cons: can’t think of anything .

Very happy with the week together.

Pros: Very nice well-appointed accommodation. Just right for our group of twelve. Need to emphasise closeness of swimming pool and Route 7 Café which were both enjoyed. We also had to use the Vet and had an almost immediate appointment within walking distance.

Cons: The service engineer left the lid off the hot tub so we had to wait a day for it to heat up again. When a large number of people need a shower, then it would be good to have greater capacity for hot water.

Super family holiday home

Pros: Lovely clean home with everything you need to enjoy a super holiday. Loads of bed space for our family of 8 adults and 2 children and the hot tub was super. The house was only a 5 minute walk to the river with other super walks nearby, and Aviemore centre was only a few minutes away, either by car or a short walk.

Cons: We could not fault anything

HAPPY DAYS SPENT AT THIS VERY WELL EQUIPPED SPACIOUS PROPERTY.

Pros: WE WERE A PARTY OF 11 RETIRED LADIES AND WHAT WE APPRECIATE IS BEING ABLE TO HAVE EVERYONE ROUND THE TABLE FOR BREAKFAST. HAVING TWO LOUNGE AREAS GIVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO BREAK INTO SMALLER GROUPS WITH THE OPTION TO BE ALL TOGETHER FOR GAMES AND MURDER MYSTERY NIGHT.

Cons: THE BEDS ARE MOSTLY DOUBLES WITH NO OPTION TO BE CONVERTED INTO SINGLES. WE WOULD HAVE CHOSEN TO HAVE SINGLE BEDS THIS WAS THE ONLY DRAWBACK FOR US, HOWEVER THIS DID NOT IMPACT ON OUR ENJOYMENT OF OUR TIME TOGETHER IN THIS LOVELY PROPERTY

Comfortable and relaxing stay.

Pros: Good location with plenty of walks on the doorstep. Property nice and big plenty of room and having 3 bathrooms was great, huge drive so ample parking.
