Relaxing

Pros: Location is superb, lovely village, amazing views of the cairngorm hills, owner very friendly, helpful.

Cons: Nothing I didn`t like about it, it was ideal for me.

Exceeded expectations, brilliant!

Pros: Great location overlooking the town of Newtonmore. Well presented and tidy, with comfort enough for our needs.

Pros: The view was stunning, even during a cold, wet \u0026 windy November. Very quiet \u0026 remote place, which was exactly what i was wanting. Very cosy during the night with the wind \u0026 the rain noises coming from outside.

Cons: Very basic facilities, but fine for what i was needing.

Clean, warm and comfortable, host very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Wonderful farm stay. Kids loved the friendly chickens and sheep. Very simple but had all the basics to make food. Very comfortable beds that didn’t squeak!

Pros: Location perfect, much closer to town than I thought and great for exploring the folk museum. Really cosy with thick blankets. Kid loved the animals... what swayed me booking it tbh.

Cons: Right on the tipping point of needing a sink for dishes. You have kettle and micro which is great but you need to clean dishes. There is sink in toilet hut.

Excellent little hut

Pros: Lovely wee hut for an overnight stay. Great communication from the hosts prior to arrival. Accommodation was bigger than expected, toilet facilities were close by and clean Views were stunning lovely morning visit from the chickens

An absolutely perfect spot!

Pros: Warm welcome. Tea and a choc biscuit after I jumped off the pedal bike for the day. The animals are absolutely lovely. The host was so friendly, thank you

Pros: It's quirky, there are chickens, it was clean and good value for money. Great host and great views into the valley.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like, it's basic, but that's exactly what I want.

Family friendly and cozy

Pros: The place was cozy and surrounded by nature!! The chickens!!! Loved their company 🤣 great for the kids!

Stunny views, comfy bunks, friendly animals and lots of fun!

Pros: The kids love the friendly lambs, hens and dogs. The bunk beds are comfortable. Bed covers and towels are provided. There are toiletries in the shared bathroom. Everything is clean. Extremely good value for family of 4, his was our second stay here and we will be back. There is lots to do in the local area and it’s very well situated.

Cons: This is actually something I love about the property but if you don’t like animals, it may not be the place for you. It’s a croft after all!
