Pros: Fabulous staff. Made a real fuss of the dog. Attentive to humans too 😉. Great location, very comfy beds, great food and a friendly bar with pool table. Will definitely be back

Lovely!!

Pros: Spacious room! Great shower! Good bar / restaurant with quality local food! Off road parking was a bonus!

Cons: Lighting in the room wasn’t the best if you need to work!

Pros: Friendly welcoming member of staff named Megan, lovely room, clean and everything you need , comfortable bed, good tv with added bonus of Netflix overall excellent experience, value for money, and a lovely cooked breakfast that was nice to have hot, breakfast staff warm and welcoming and pleasant and informative, made to feel very welcome, my wife and I thought how friendly the whole experience was.

Cons: Nothing really, we recieved an e mail saying restaurant would not be open on the evening we were staying, which was not really a problem as we were well informed, so overall all good.

Really friendly staff, hearty food, excellent value for money.

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. My bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

Cons: My room was quite cold. There was an additional heater to use, but I didn't!

Pros: The staff are hardworking, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent. Dinner was standard pub fare; a bit pricey. Location is excellent with easy access to Inverness or for sightseeing. Very good value stay.

Cons: The double bed (room 5) is very soft and really needs replaced. This is not just a matter of taste - it is quite extreme. (Managers: please lie down on it and see for yourself.)
