Brilliant holiday, friendly staff, just need better communication.

Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness of park and facilities was amazing. Caravan was bigger than last year's which made a difference. Mattress was comfy and bedroom was bigger. Lots of added extras included.

Cons: Got changed accommodation changed twice without being asked. Turned up on the day to the reception closed, although sign on door saying out of office and a phone number to call. We went to our accommodation to find someone else in it. Chapped the door and asked if they were leaving as we had booked into he van they were in, only to be told they had extended their stay. Not ideal. Eventually got through on the phone number at reception to be told we had been moved again. No communication to say we had been moved a second time, although they did say I should have received and email but I did not. Not the best start to the holiday.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, great sitting room and kitchen. Convenient parking. Pets allowed. Ideal location for fishing on river Spey or visiting local area. Bedrooms very small but to be expected in a mobile home and perfectly adequate for sleeping in. Separate toilet and shower room with toilet.

Pros: Beautiful location in Aberlour Close to amenities and great roads for driving to the coast. Lovely static home, very clean and well equipped. We had a great time there and would visit again in the future.

Cons: The on-site shop could be cheaper and better stocked

Fantastic accommodation, friendly staff, great facilities, great location

Pros: Accommodation was spotless and plenty of space for the family and doggies. Surroundings were peaceful and calming. Lots to see and do within walking and driving distance.

Cons: 10am check out...could have stayed longer ☺️

Enjoyed our stay in Aberlour and would recommend it to friends and also return to this caravan park

Pros: It was a lovely van in a very pleasant and peaceful site and very clean

Cons: The van was next to a drain that was very smelly Would have liked some bedside lamps and some information about the area Also other vans we have been to usually has some games or cards etc for children
