We were lucky with this property which ensured a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend it!

Pros: It was extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable. Private, easy parking and lovely and quiet. Tha owner even left us a welcome pack of milk, eggs and rock cakes. Lovely.!

Lovely,well equipped, modern Cottage in great location.

Pros: Spotlessly clean and well equipped Cottage in excellent position in the town of Lairg overlooking Little Loch Shin. Thanks to Tracey for the warm highland welcome and fresh eggs and Rock Cakes..!!

Great base for NW highlands walking

Pros: Easy to find / access Spacious and well equiped - everything you need bar a dishwasher. Comforttable beds and great shower. Rock cakes and f-range eggs both delicious.

We'll definitely be back!!

Pros: The cottage is well cared for and spotless. The view over Loch Shin is beautiful. Having eggs, milk and homemade rock buns waiting for us was lovely. We stopped for a cuppa and bun immediately.

Cons: Just having the breakfast bar was a bit difficult for my elderly parents, but they had fun getting on and off the high chairs/stools. It meant my aunt wasn't able to have a meal in the cottage with us, but we just went the short distance to The Pier instead. I feel petty putting this as we all really liked the cottage.

Pros: The house is fabulous!! The view is fabulous! And the owner was superb!! We were greeted with home baking! I couldn't find a Hairdryer! The owner delivered me one within 10 minutes of telling her! A-maz-ing service!

A beautiful weekend, visiting close family friends, end enjoying many memories

Pros: Location was just as I expected. I have been a frequent visitor to Lairg for 60+years and have been frequently with my husband. Views, fresh air, friendly people what more could anyone need.

Great stay in Lairg

Pros: The accommodation was excellent.. modern, clean, comfortable and warm. It was stocked with everything you might need. The rock cakes and eggs on arrival were a nice touch. The check-in was easy, and the owner replied promptly to any questions. Will definitely return.

Great property, very homely, would definitely recommend!

Pros: The property was lovely \u0026 in a perfect location for our needs. The homemade rock buns were absolutely delicious!! The nearby cafe was a hidden treasure too!
