Family gathering

Pros: This is a fantastic place to stay. Would certainly book again. Highly recommend, close to local amenities.

Cons: No arrival allowed prior to 4pm and check out at 10am.

Great Villa, but Communication Needs Improvement

Pros: Overall, our stay at Glenspy Stay was enjoyable, and we would give it a solid 8/10. The villa itself is fantastic it’s spacious, with plenty of rooms, and the seating areas are really comfortable, making it perfect for a large group or family. We loved the space to relax and gather, and the location was lovely as well.

Cons: However, there were a few hiccups along the way. Communication with the company was frustrating, we kept receiving automated responses and it took two days before anyone got back to us regarding an urgent issue. Thankfully, we found a direct contact for the owners in the villa’s guidebook, and they were incredibly helpful and apologetic. They ensured we got the support we needed, which we really appreciated. As for improvements, there are a couple of things that could make the villa even better. Accessibility for elderly or disabled guests could be improved, and I’d suggest a proper long dining table instead of the smaller ones grouped together under a table mat. The villa also feels a bit dark in some areas, so switching to a lighter paint color could brighten things up. Lastly, the washing machines were a bit tricky and malfunctioned a couple of times, so some attention there would be great.
