Pros: It was Amazon and cozy and the rooms were very nice

Pros: Property was clean and in an ideal location for our stay. The off road parking was a bonus

Cons: getting the keys is what let the property down. We were sent a message to call a number for the key code when we arrived at the property. We called a number of times and sent message with no response. We had to contact booking.com It was 40 mins after a long drive before we could get in,

Pros: Easy to locate. Big parking space. They have changed to a key box, fuss free check in. Highly recommend. 2 of the bathrooms has broken locks but we have reported it so hopefully its fixed soon.

Property ok for what we needed but could be better with a few improvements

Cons: Maintenance and cleaning need attention. The lamp in the living room was snapped, didn’t try turning on as dangerous. The lamps in the main bedroom were missing the part to turn them on and off, had to turn off at the wall. Mirror on floor in bedroom instead of on wall. Mattresses not very comfortable The oven was filthy and after heating up a lasagne the whole of downstairs smelt of acrid old grease. Such a shame as the property has a lot of potential

Cons: Nothing, will definitely book again when needing accommodation in Inverness

Worth every penny

Pros: Spacious, modern, great facilities, stylish, accommodating bathroom facilities for disabled, great location, plenty of parking, easy access on check in, WiFi good overall was perfect for us at Xmas and great value for money

Cons: Mattress in double bed needs changing as not very comfy and springs gone, settee and chairs uncomfortable, needed a sweeping brush.

Pros: Great location - short walk into Inverness. On site parking, Lovely and warm, clean and comfortable. Perfect for our one night stay on a tour of the North coast.

Pros: Getting the keys and finding the property was easy. The location is really good, close to Inverness and quiet. The house was clean with good facilities including a nice open kitchen. The duvets and pillows were comfortable.

Cons: Each of the rooms had an annoying green light which you couldn’t turn off at night. The beds were not so comfy but the duvets and pillows were. The living room could do with one or two more chairs to accommodate large groups.
