Excellent place for a relaxing break in the highlands

Pros: Great and relaxing location. Really felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by fields and sheep. House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed - including milk and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. Alison and Alan are really nice people and are happy to chat and offer advice. It’s really obvious that they enjoy renting out their house and go out of their way to make people welcome.

Amazing and wholesome

Pros: It’s a beautiful home with lots of light, very well kept and maintained. Allison is the sweetest and kindest host we have come across in our travels. She makes you feel so welcome that we plan to return back one day! Waking up to the animals on farm and the gorgeous landscape, it was truly a beautiful stay.

Pros: Allison was a warm and wonderful host. She gave a tour around her farm and let us meet all the animals. She helped us with places to eat and to visit. The house was exactly as in the pictures and had spectacular views, amidst the middle of her farm. The impeccably decorated farmhouse-themed interiors gave us a very authentic feel of being a local.
