Pros: The room was exceptional, very clean and furnished beautifully, breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay in every way.😁👍

Cons: Nothing we loved everything. 👍

A superb experience in comfort, hospitality and great location

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay: Room was nicely set up with a comfy bed and plenty of storage space, enough hooks at the doors (the only accommodation which provided that on a three-weeks trip through Scotland - hence extra kudos). Water supply very good (water pressure and hot water any time) with drinking water quality. Very quiet location directly at the canal. Walking distance to downtown Inverness (approx. 20min). Breakfast was excellent and very nicely plated. Hosts are real stars - thank you very much for your great hospitality!

Cons: Nothing really. From a pure personal thus subjective perspective we would arrange a few things differently but only minor things or details. So overall a clear recommendation - if you have the chance to grab a room, go for it.

A great place to stay for a couple of days in Inverness.

Pros: Quiet location with a walk to the town centre. The breakfast was very good.

Just what we were expecting.

Pros: Breakfast excellent, ideal location for the places we wished to visit while still in a scenic and peaceful setting. Hosts very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons: Difficult to find

A beautiful property with amazing breakfasts.

Pros: A true bed and breakfast. Immaculately presented. The most beautiful breakfasts. Perfect hosts….with lots of great travel tips. Lovely location by the canal.

Cons: Just a minor thing but the window blind still lets in lots of light making it difficult to sleep when there is street light and so much light in summer.

Excellent

Pros: Fabulous location on the side of the canal, 15 minute walk to town centre. Christine and Jim very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Breakfasts excellent. Room very comfortable.

Great homely stay which pits overpriced hotels in Inverness to shame.

Pros: Lovely quiet location but easy walk into city centre. Great room with comfy bed and plenty of space. Excellent breakfast choice freshly made. Christina and Jim were great hosts and made us feel at home.

Pros: A very warm welcome. Lovely people that own this . Would come back. Beautiful stay . Excellent home .Excellent quality breakfast, excellent room. Beautiful short walk to the centre. Could not ask for any more. Come and book a room. You will not be disappointed. Better service you will get at a hotel

Convenient for a one night stay

Pros: A very nice room on the ground floor, in a quiet location overlooking the canal. Spacious shower room. Clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts with lots of local knowledge and excellent breakfast

Cons: Parking was available opposite the property. However the space was limited and it was necessary to reverse along a private road when leaving the property. A large vehicle could find this a challenge. Guest should be informed that alternative parking was available, prior to arrival at the property.

Welcoming B\u0026B with good amenities and a great breakfast

Pros: Christina \u0026 Jim are very welcoming and eager to help their guests to explore Inverness. The B\u0026B is located on a side canal of the River Ness which is about a 30 minute walk away (\u0026 the city center with all its restaurants and attractions). Breakfast was ordered the night before with hot food not cooked until we sat down. It included a range of offerings for everyone. One of us choose porridge both days and loved it so much she ordered the oats as soon as we arrived back at home. And the full Scottish was great - did miss the Haggis though :-) Bottomline here: excellent, excellent, excellent.
