Pros: location was wonderful, lots of wild life, walks, woods and river near by.

Cons: could have had a summer duvet as the cottage gets very warm.

Quiet location in a beautiful setting

Pros: A really nice location, ideally situated for all the things around it, and great hosts. The cottage has everything we needed (although we don’t have kids, so no experience there). We would definitely visit again.

Super cosy smart cottage in a fab location.

Pros: The cottage was super cosy and relaxing. It was super clean and in a great location. Hosts were great and comms with them were great throughout. They even had arranged warm outdoor temps and blue skies for us!😁

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like at all!

The property was extremely clean \u0026 we enjoyed the 15 minute walk via a woodland walk to the town.

Pros: We enjoyed watching the red squirrels \u0026 their babies having their breakfast as we made/ate ours. The welcome pack was generous \u0026 a lovely keepsake was gifted, which I imagine was homemade. Brian \u0026 Lindsay

Cabin in the woods, cosy and welcoming

Pros: Simon and Sandra met us with the keys. Gave us a tour of the property, explained where everything was, and how things worked . Nice touch was the welcome box with biscuits, teabags and a Sawmill Cottage tote bag

Perfect week away. Can't wait to stay again.

Pros: Such a beautiful property, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sawmill Cottage. The place was comfortable, warm (very much appreciated when it's -7°C outside), and exceedingly well equipped. Everything you could need was readily at hand. The location was also perfect, with excellent links to Grantown, Aviemore and beyond.
