Fantastic cottage at the heart of Speyside

Pros: The cottage is cozy and well equipped, we very much appreciated the owners lighting the fire before we arrived as we arrived on a cold snowy day. The scenery around is beautiful, great location to visit local distilleries. Great stay!

Our hosts are a credit to the cottage industry \u0026 anyone staying there will love it.

Pros: Superb location, so picturesque! Idyllic cottage which catered for every single need. Wonderful decor and furnishings which made it feel like a stay in a friends beloved home rather than a holiday let. The view from the kitchen window is glorious! And the wonderful home made provisions left for us by the gracious hosts were the icing on the cake. Just splendid!

A wonderfully comfortable, beautifully appointed cottage for a perfect weekend stay in Scotland.

Pros: The facilities exceeded my expectation, with every little detail having been thought of. There was freshly baked bread, homemade jam, shortbread, milk and plenty of tea and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. There were nightlights around the cottage, which was very useful, as the locality was dark. We had hot water bottles on each bed, there were plenty of logs for the wood burning stove even though the central heating kept the cottage wonderfully warm. We even had a lovely welcome visit from our hosts who told us about the local area and invited us to contact them if we had any queries.

Cons: I can’t think of one thing that could be improved.

Excellent rural stay near to 'The Glenlivet' Distillery.

Pros: Immaculate cottage, well thought out and well equipped, comfortable in a wonderful rural setting. The owners had lit the woodburner and left milk, a home made loaf, pat of butter and home made jam in a welcome pack. They popped in just after we had unpacked to make sure all was good. Very nice people, Very nice stay. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Fabulous Glenlivet Cottage.

Pros: Lovely, newly renovated cottage in a great location. Tastefully and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and there is a great shower in the bathroom. The garden and outside deck overlook the Packhorse Bridge, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the one sunny day we had during our stay. It is very convenient as a base for exploring the Speyside whisky distilleries. For eating out, we can recommend The Croft Inn for authentic Thai cooking by chef Nat (a five minute drive from Bridge Cottage); also, The Mash Tun in Aberlour. Carolyn and Koos, our hosts, were extremely welcoming and helpful. I can highly recommend Bridge Cottage.

Pros: The cottage is so cute inside and out, and is in a beautiful location. The view out the back windows can't be beat. Sunny breakfasts on the porch and cozy evenings by the fire, just perfect. Off street parking and a wonderful garden really make it a pleasure. The cottage is equipped with everything you might need and the homemade bread and jam were amazing.
