Really enjoyed my stay, will definitely be back.

Pros: Lovely, well laid out, well maintained, cosy property. The log burner was lovely on the frosty days. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs. Very peaceful which is just what was needed.

Fab cottage in very quiet location, great views.

Pros: 3rd time we have stayed here. Cottage is lovely, so peaceful with everything we needed. Hosts always friendly and give a wave / say hi.

Very comfortable, welcoming and well equipped. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Lovely quiet location in beautiful countryside. Spacious and uncluttered. Enclosed garden was ideal for my dog and for sitting out in good weather.

Cons: The controls on the cooker and dishwasher were hard to fathom! A small footstool would have been very welcome as there was nowhere to put one's feet up.

Beautiful property, owners very welcoming. Such a beautiful area.

Pros: Spacious, well appointed, comfortable and had a nice feel to it, location very rural and peaceful. Owners were very responsive when we asked them to sort a small problem.

Relaxing, warm and cosy accomodation with everything you might need for a short stay

Pros: Great location for exploring the area around Balmoral, along the River Dee and further afield towards Aberdeen, very clean, cosy and comfortable beds. Really quiet and peaceful spot.

Wonderful

Pros: Wonderful hosts who were friendly and helpful, giving advice on places to visit in the wider area. Fantastic for taking the dogs - enclosed garden, and nice short walks on site, with longer ones a short drive away. Gorgeous location! Cottage had everything you'd need to relax, regardless of the weather.

Pros: Everything. Fantastic cottage, really well equipped with great views.

Cons: Not a massive issue, but we were not sure where the logs were stored so we ended up buying them from local petrol station.

Lovely. Great views from a comfortable clean cottage.

Pros: Everything! Second time we have stayed here and it was lovely. Little issue with the heating but was sorted. Cottage is so lovely and welcoming. Owners couldn’t be nicer.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe a PIR light could be put at the door to see if coming and going until late on. Not an issue though, just a suggestion.
