Really enjoyed the comfort of this house and would definitely use it again.

Pros: The location is perfect to get to all the hot spots in Aviemore

Exceptional new build with high quality interior, outdoor space and centrally located.

Pros: Central location, new house with high quality interior finishing and good outdoor equipment, including icebox, BBQ and table and chairs. Good large kitchen for entertaining family and friends. Small garage for secure location for up to 6 bicycles.

Cons: Nothing.

Fabulous house with everything you require for a great holiday.

Pros: Great space for a group, the rooms were all spacious with really nice bed linen and towels. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Really nice touches of leaving a tray of goodies, and plenty of loo roll! Beautiful house. Great to have a bike store for storage of bikes and paddle boards. The BBQ was also great.

Cons: The shower in the main bathroom didn’t get very hot.

Lovely house! Convenient location and beautiful hikes nearby.

Pros: This booking was exactly what we were hoping for as a group of 5 with no car coming from Edinburgh. It was super convenient to get to the location via Megabus plus a short walk from the bus stop. We chose to do a different hike each day and the local buses were only a ten minutes walk away and got us right where we wanted to go. The house itself was lovely, super comfy beds, and big kitchen with all the amenities. The back garden was also great and we enjoyed a BBQ there.

Cons: Very minor issue but it took us a few minutes to realise that we had to go through the garden door to get to the lockbox. The instructions just said it was on the wall to the left of the main door. So perhaps in the future instructions could be a little bit clearer.

A clean, comfortable, beautifully presented house in an excellent location.

Pros: This house was perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was so convenient for local facilities, as well as for exploring the surrounding area.

Cons: There was nothing that could be improved.

A clean, bright, modern house, well equipped for a family holiday.

Pros: The house is very new and still pristine. The kitchen is well equipped and arranged.

Cons: The floors were cold so it would be cosier if there were rugs in the bedrooms. The air source heat pump seemed to be working well and most of the house was warm but the master bedroom was a bit chilly.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely house

Pros: Great condition and good facilities. Lovely and clean. Great location. Excellent and attentive host.

Cons: Stayed at the Beech House twice…. The second occasion was a lot more expensive for the same week of the year. Maybe introduce a discount for repeat bookers ? Also we struggle to get to grips with the heating (heat pump) meaning we often find it too hot or too cold.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay \u0026 would love to be able to return one day!

Pros: The house was spacious for a family of 6. We appreciated the plentiful seating, the 2.5 baths, and the twin beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the welcome tray of food \u0026 coffee!!!!

Cons: We liked everything.
