Traditional Family Home in Royal Deeside

Pros: We are a large family of 6 and it can be difficult to accommodate us all, but this property had multiple double beds which made our stay very comfortable - no need for a sofa bed!

Pros: House was nice and big in a nice quiet location beds was nice and comfortable there would stay again

Cons: Not been able to control the heating but there was a nice open fire that you use warms the room up nicely

Lovely location - peaceful and quiet

Pros: Very quiet location in a hamlet; there aren't any facilities nearby, though we knew that and it wasn't a problem at all for us. The house was immaculately clean and it's spacious. We were 3 single adults sharing, and it worked very well with each of us having a double bedroom to ourselves. At maximum occupancy, you might want more than the single bathroom with electric over bath shower and WC. We managed just fine with 3 of us. We loved the spacious kitchen / diner where we spent most of our time. The peacefulness is lovely. There is a big lawned garden.

Pros: Well equipped accommodation in a quiet location. The setting in the surrounding area is beautiful. The property has spacious rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay

Pros: I really liked the location and I liked the garden.

Cons: The house only has one bathroom and toilet, which is in the bathroom. If you are there with more than 4 people it is not very practicle. The internet didn't work and couldn't be fixed

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage, großer Garten wo sich auch die Hunde wohlgefühlt haben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und man hat viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, dem leider etwas Zuwendung fehlt.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr groß und Platz ausreichend. Die Betten sind prima. Als wir die abgeplatzten Beschichtungen der Töpfe und Pfannen bemängelt haben, wurde sofort ein neues Set geliefert.

Cons: Das Geschirr in der Küche ist nicht mehr ausreichend. Der Herd gehört erneuert. Im Waschbecken lief schon vor zwei Jahren bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt das Wasser nur schlecht ab, seit dem ist wohl nichts daran gemacht worden. Aus dem Billardraum wurde ein weiterer Schlafraum gemacht. In unserem Schlafzimmer funktionierte die Deckenlampe nicht. In der Küche funktioniert das Licht nur rudimentär und flackert.
