The cottage is set on the most beautiful gardens on the estate.

Pros: It was cosy with plenty of room and perfect for all the family. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely lovely time during our weekend getaway at this lovely and warm cottage.

Pros: The cottage was just lovely - cozy and inviting, with plenty of warmth to keep us comfortable during our stay. We were so grateful for the wood burning stove in the living room, which had been thoughtfully prepared and lit by our host before we even arrived! The area was wonderfully peaceful and secluded, with the nearest town just a short 5-10 minute drive away. We were delighted to find that the town had a well-stocked Co-Op, as well as several fantastic restaurants to choose from. And for those who enjoy a good stroll through nature, there were some truly beautiful forest walks within just 20 minutes' drive of the cottage! All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better getaway spot - highly recommended!

Cons: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed ourselves! Though if I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be regarding the directions. We did end up going slightly off the beaten path, but thankfully our thoughtful host gave us a call and walked us through how to get there. It wasn't a major issue by any means and didn't dampen our overall happiness with our experience.
