Lovely cottage

Pros: Loved everything. Location was lovely and quiet. Torches were supplied for walking in the dark. Thought of everything including a little map of the area for walking the dog. No tv, no wifi just total switch off. There is good signal for calls. It didn't bother us as not need but there is no cooker. This is a stove, kettle and fridge. Perfect for a couple days stay. When we arrived we got the message directing us. We saw the first sign but for the little lane the cottage is on, a sign is needed there as we went too far up the road. It's just a lovely cottage and I would go back again. The person I was contacting was lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Cons: We went over Christmas and was so lovely but it wasn't until we were packing up we realized there was a small Christmas tree. Would have put it up if we had known. Really.... That's all I have to say. I just loved it.

Bothy of dreams

Pros: Me and my beloved loved our time here it was the best unplugged weekend! Highly recommended! The staff were exceptional! Would come again!

Pros: Lovely bothie, cosy and full of character. Absolutely adored it. Peaceful, Easy to get to and fantastic location. Parking right by the cottage and some nice short walks nearby also!

Pros: Loved the Bothy- very comfortable and loved the rustic charm. The sound of the rain made it even more cosy! Loved the log burner and the best bath ever!

Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner and the toilet brine! But was great that you allowed my dog there!

Perfect romantic get away

Pros: Such a beautiful stay, the bothy was breath taking, the location, the whole experience was perfect for us. The free standing bath was amazing, loads hot water, wood burning stove was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful Would recommend to anyone.

A unique \u0026 cosy stay immersed in nature and historical beauty.

Pros: It was a very quaint \u0026 unique experience. The Bothie is extremely cosy and comfortable with everything that could be needed for a beautiful stay in the middle of stunning woods. We loved everything about it from its location to complete set-up. Very practical kitchen, roaring wood fired stove, comfy antique bed and a gloriously deep cast iron bath… all under the canopy of beautiful trees and singing birds. The family make you feel extremely welcome \u0026 happy for you to explore the many paths for walking around this beautiful \u0026 historical estate.

Cons: We didn’t like having to leave again! We could have happily stayed on - it was so relaxing.

Amazing little find in the middle of the woods.. rustic beautiful little bothy!

Pros: Location was perfect. Travelled with our 2 dogs who loved being in the woods.

Cons: The bed wasn't comfy.. me and my partner struggled to get a decent sleep. Lots of spiders
