Pros: Very welcoming and helpful host - good location and good, secure off road parking - very clean, comfortable and well equipped room for my stay - easy access to local amenities and road system for onward journey - lovely breakfast 👍

Cons: It was all first class 👌

Pros: Excellent location for getting into inverness via the train. Self contained unit on the grounds of the property at a very reasonable price with excellent outdoor seating for sitting outdoors if wished. Very nice dining room small but cosy.Very attentive proprietor.

Cons: My accomadation was a twin ensuite booking. I am very small in stature and found the bathroom,shower in particular very small ..something to be aware of. It met my needs but not without physical negotiation as someone with hip problems. A microwave is provided which is very handy..perhaps a tray and tea towel would have been handy as there is no chair to sit on only the beds..even a small chair would be an advantage..perhaps a folding one in the wardrobe space?

Pros: The lovely ambience of the building, the friendly owners who made us feel very welcome and the cooked Scottish breakfast, with haggis and black pudding, fortified us for the day

Cons: The bathroom was quite cramped, but the room was very small.

Would stay again - location, comfort, breakfast and warm welcome made this a good experience.

Pros: Nice bed and breakfast. Comfortable rooms with an en suite. Lovely host with a well prepared breakfast.

Cons: Bed could have been softer that's personal taste only I am sure it's great for most people.
