Perfect - just as required

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfasts were fantastic. Aurthor and Aileen were very welcoming hosts.

Cons: Could not have been better

Pros: Everything was perfect The room was beatiful and very quiet And the breakfast was exceptionnal. And if you want any tips, listent to Arthur.

Pros: Room very comfortable and nicely furnished, Hosts extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent!! Room was well supplied with local information but would have benefitted from a list of local eateries, contact details etc.

Cons: Unbeknown to us at the time of booking, our visit coincided with Nairn Highland Games, which might have been good if that was why we were in Nairn. The room was perhaps expensive, but the timing may have been a factor in this. Town was very busy, which meant some difficulty eating out.

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Everything was of very good quality. The beds very comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts not just run of the mill. Excellent choices of breakfast items. Good location. Warm and convivial hosts

Pros: The owners of the Washington House have conceived all the private and shared spaces with great attention to details, tastefully chosen furnishings with design elements. High-end bathroom products. Excellent and healthy continental breakfast.

Pros: our hosts were welcoming and kind making us feel welcome in their home, the breakfasts were to die for, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and peaceful and within easy walking distance of attractions/amenities.

Cons: there was nothing not to like about this accommodation.

Loved our stay for all the above reasons and would love to return.

Pros: Warmly greeted by hosts. Delightful beautifully furnished. Immaculately clean. Quality bedlinen. Great facilities. Lovely calm ambience . Interesting art. Delicious breakfast with a great choice of interesting courses. Great quiet location.

Pros: Arthur was a great host for recommendations of things to do around and also for a great conversation in the morning. The breakfast selections were top notch with a whole range of home cooked dishes. The house was exceptionally well decorated and clean. Would highly recommend.

A warm welcome in a beautiful home with excellent cooking.

Pros: Large bedroom and bathroom with a quirky but very attractive decor. Very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. Lovely dining room where breakfast was served. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice freshly prepared. The home made shortbread in the room was fabulous!

Cons: The plumbing is a bit antiquated but otherwise everything was good.

Pros: I think the best and most special about Washington House is that there is love and care in everything, the decoration in the rooms and the whole house, the breakfast or the conversations.
