Clean and cosy last minute stay

Pros: Last minute booking due to cancelled ferry back home to Orkney. Found Ella’s place on booking.com and was delighted because it was cheaper than a room in a hotel for a family of 4. The host contacted us straight away to give us instructions on how to get into property and where to park. The location was great for Wick town centre, the house was very clean and comfortable.

Huge space with all you might need in Wick

Pros: Very welcoming place with all available facilities. We requested a cot for our little one and not only they did provide it, they also left us a high chair and some baby toys to ensure we were all comfortable.

Cons: It would be nice to have some butter or oil for basic cooking as we thought it would be there (we assumed this from other experiences but obviously it is an extra).

Pros: The house was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch. The host checked to make sure we had everything we needed including freshly made pancakes when we got snowed in and couldn't travel home. The house was really comfortable, we loved the highland cow theme. All in all a fabulous find and we'll be back.

Cons: Can't think of a thing.

Pros: Amazing Stay. Very clean house, cosy, comfy. Lots of thought has gone into the house also, which makes it a much pleasant stay. Very impressed. Even a nice little touch of tea cakes, caramel bars and bottled water plus milk in the fridge and free cereal. Thank You.

Cons: Beds were slightly uncomfortable for us, but this may just be personal preference.

Relaxing stay after long driving

Pros: We had in Ella's Hoose very nice and relaxing stay, had everything we needed and even more. Communicating with host was great. Definitely recommend
