Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Flat was immaculate, great location for our short stay! I will 100% use this property again.

Pros: All things within this apartment meet and surpassed our expectations yes and had a little problem finding the property but ask Ben for directions he was amazing and sent a aerial view within minutes 🙏would recommend stays here for sure

Short stay but enjoyable and would use this place again.

Pros: Very clean, spacious, modern. Good facilities and felt welcoming. I booked last minute with a request for a cot. The owners went above and beyond by supplying the cot and also a high chair which was excellent. They also contacted by email shortly after booking with location instructions and check in and check out information. They were very forthcoming and we felt if we had any questions or problems, they would be answered immediately.

Cons: Locating the heating controls. There was a request not to wear shoes in the property which is fine but was quite difficult to feed our baby confined to the small non-carpeted area in the kitchen. Not a deal-breaker though!

Stop over

Pros: Liked the location and that it was an apartment with good parking

Cons: Good COVID cleaning but poor deep cleaning cobwebs in bathroom and lounge ceiling lights, fridge drainage hole. .

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Good location.

Cons: The sofa mattress was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Clean, cosy and comfy

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and thoroughly cleaned. Spotless, everything was properly cleaned and smelled fresh. Soft fluffy towels, bath robes provided. Good quality furnishing and bedding. Very nicely kitted out. Attention to detail and a nice welcome pack. Sharon met me on site and was very welcoming and helpful.

Cons: This location is a bit further out from the centre of Nairn. That suited us well. There is a well stocked shop right next to the apartment and a small hotel with a bar and food service a short (around 15 mins) walk away.

Lovely stay

Pros: Easy to park directly outside and easy to get to Inverness. Upon arrival the property had some drinks in the fridge and some biscuits for our stay. The bed and towels were nice and comfy. It was very clean and as pictured in the listing.

Cons: The sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable, upon arrival the sofa bed was set up and we didn’t know where the bed linen, pillows etc were. Despite not having the sofa bed pulled out, the pillows/bedding should’ve been ready and put to the side.

Pros: It is a very lovely place. Very clean and tidy. Decorated well. Very comfortable. The host is very caring about the guests. Had 2 cans of gin in the fridge and a pot of tea ready for us athough we didn't consume the gin, it was much appreciated.

Cons: We really have no complaint for the place. Just one minor thing was that we booked for 3 adults but it seemed like the host had thought of only 2 guests, that's really not a problem for us.
