Excellent service and support and comfortable room but noisy

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: The Apartment was lovely, spacious living area with a small kitchen area, sofa, large tv and then at the rear of the room was the bedroom area. Bathroom was nice with a good rainfall shower.

Cons: Bed was a little bit springy, could be doing with a new mattress.

Wonderful modern apartment

Pros: What a lovely apartment! High end finishes right in the middle of Inverness and within walking distance from the train station and the bus terminal. Lots of choice of where to go eat. The apartment was clean work fresh bedding. Only thing missing was a fan, it was stifling hot when we were there smack in the middle of a heat wave! I fell in love with the shower! I'm going to buy us one for our home🤩

Cons: The smell of sulphur from the drain, caused obviously by the heat. But other than that, it was great!I will definitely be back.

Good location.

Pros: Good location close to railway station and bus terminal. Easy to find. When you have a car there is a park garage close to the property. WIFI worked well.

Cons: It was sometimes a bit noisy from the street. We hoped for a friend there would be an extra room. There was only a sofa bed. There was a kind of a curtain separating the sofa bed from the master beds. It was a kind of loose.

A cozy apartment in the center of Inverness, best suitable for up to two people.

Pros: The apartment is rather nice, in the centre of Inverness and just 100 m from a public multi storey car park. The bathroom and the shower are spacious. The staff has been very friendly and responsive to our requests.

Cons: For three people the apartment is quite small because it’s a single room with the double bed on one side and the sofa-bed on the other, separated by a curtain that can be kept open or closed. Once opened, however, the sofa-bed occupies a lot of space and the folded table cannot be opened. Moreover there are no chairs for the table. In our case we had also issues with the kitchen sink not draining, in spite of an intervention from their personnel.

Pros: Amazing décor! Truly - well thought through look right out of a “home” magazine.
