Great location, very good value for money, easy check in

Pros: Great location only minutes from train station and city centre. Quiet location, quiet apartment block, easy check in using key from lock box, very comfortable.

Cons: WiFi did not work for some reason we could not connect but this did not effect our stay

Pros: The location was fantastic, nice spacious apartment with great heating. Check in details were really easy to follow and all the info was given ahead of time. Beds were very comfy, staff were contactable when needed.

Cons: Only issue was there was no linen provided for the pull out couch, staff did give the code to the locked cupboard however there were only pillow cases in there no duvet cover.

Exceptional

Pros: Great location and very well equipped apartment. Host was very responsive to any queries we had. We noted some comments prior to staying about the door lock but noted that a new one has been fitted which worked well.

Pros: Had a lovely stay here. The location is amazing and the host is very responsive. It was very clean and the check-in was extremely easy. Would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable flat

Pros: The location is wonderful, and the apartment is comfortable, warm, quiet and cosy.

Cons: I have bad eyesight and found the lighting inadequate, particularly in the kitchen. The sofa is the only place to sit, the apartment really could do with a couple of chairs or stools.

A lovely apartment, highly recommend staying.

Pros: Property was very close to town, a short walk to all the good eating facilities, apartment was clean and cosy with some little extras provided such as tea bags and sugar for a much needed cuppa after a long drive, the area was quiet for how close it was to town at night.

Central location in Inverness

Pros: Excellent location in Inverness, very central. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Cons: The window in the bedroom can't be completely closed so you hear everything happening on the street, luckily it's kind of a quiet street. The walls of the building are very thin too so you hear the neighbors but they were mostly discreet.

Good value for central Inverness.

Cons: Last short stretch of the walk is up a steep street so may not suit all

Amazing location and quiet apartment

Pros: Amazing location, just on edge of city; quiet, but within a few minutes walk of all the major attractions. Good sized apartment. Good heating system. Fully equipped kitchen, Responsive host, even if all done via app.

Cons: Bed, and particularly sofa bed a little too soft. Bathroom a little small. Induction hob, but pans didn't appear to be Induction so couldn't use.

Pros: Location, great communication amenities and space.

Cons: Was not clean. We booked for 2 because it was a 2 bed, but when we pulled out the sofa bed, it was filthy and there were no sheets or pillow cases. We did find a duvet and pillows. Our host gave us the code to the cabinet so we did find a duvet cover. But the sofa bed mattress was not usable. Under the sofa bed there was such thick dust, used tissues and a random fork, that if you had allergies you would have suffered. Overall, there were great positives but it was so dirty, it was a shame. If it gets a thorough clean, would recommend highly, couldn't beat the location.
