Pros: The cottage was perfect and it was a very special place to be to celebrate my husband's birthday. The location was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The facilities were great, and we were made to feel more than welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend, our whole experience was wonderful.

Pros: The cottage was absolutely stunning and Catherine was incredibly helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Pros: The cottage was clean and cosy. The shower was excellent, the hot tub is a fun addition. The tap water is like nectar, miles better than any bottled variety. The surroundings were natural and peaceful. It had a lovely family feel which was very welcoming. An excellent location from which to explore the surrounding area. The hosts were friendly, attentive and accommodating and keen to do all to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Cons: We didn’t ‘dislike’ anything really. At a push I might say perhaps some of the furnishings could be improved/updated but you do have everything you need.

Pros: Great location. Jacuzzi was perfect. Cottage was perfectly equipped and very homely.

Pros: The setting was lovely. It was nice and relaxing. The cottage was spacious and very comforting. Hot tub was an added bonus 👍

Pros: Loved the location and facilities also the cleanliness was spot on.

Cons: The decking was very icy and dangerous and my partner nearly fell asleep we were leaving I also have a bad knee from a.sports injury so it wasnt great maybe some large rubber non slip mats for the decking or even a runner going up the stairs towards the front door.

Well worth a visit

Pros: Beautiful location quite very clean place and we visited loads of towns in Scotland we tried too book for next year but its fully booked so we have booked another place for 2 weeks hope it good as river cottage

Cons: We only booked for 3 nights. First night we used hot tub was beautiful but the last two nights it rained and hot tub was not under cover so couldn't use which was a shame
