Well presented little cottage with everything we needed.

Pros: Great location for the beach, well presented and it was great to have the little courtyard for the dogs

Cons: Next to the main road (didn’t bother us but might bother light sleepers). The heating was not on for us arriving (our stay was in December and it was really cold when we arrived!)

Pros: Lovely wee room....noisy at night with traffic but I am over sensitive to noise. Comfy bed. Great chairs and kitchen area. Staff left a party to sort TV....but wifi non existent. Staff amazing at Royal Oak x
