Festive off grid getway in the highlands

Pros: Warm, clean and modern. The hot tub was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Dog friendly. Location was great to go off exploring. They added extra touches to make it festive.

Beautiful and big

Pros: Beautiful and big lodge thar felt very clean! Plenty of things to do for tourists in this area.

Cons: This cabin is located right next to the road which causes loud noises if cars start to pass by at 60 m/h early in the morning. Not every cabin there is right next to the road. Also every morning at around 6am or 7am the house stated to create loud noises (sewing system? / water system? ) that woke us up every day. Also we missed a dishwasher.

Fantastic!

Pros: Beautifully presented lodge with everything you need in a scenic location.

Cons: Only issue was the tv’s were very basic and slow.

Lovely location, had a lovely time

Pros: Lodge was spotless, well laid out, had everything you needed, bedroom was lovely, with decent sized bathroom and huge shower

Cons: The wood fired hot tub was bit tricky, if it rained it dampened the fire so water wasn’t hot enough, might benefit from some kind of cap on top of chimney

Pros: lots of space, larger than we expected. very clean and modern. looked almost brand new, very little wear and tear.

Cons: the heat yourself hot tub took many hours to warm up, so much so we didn't get to use it. you'd have to stay in for around 6hours for it to get warm enough to use.
